The book "Companies in the Fight Against Domestic Violence: A Participatory Action Research and Social Action Study," compiled by Melsa Ararat, was introduced to the public during a panel that included the authors. The event, hosted by TÜSİAD, featured opening speeches by Ata Can Bertay, Director of the Corporate Governance Forum; Nevgül Bilsel Safkan, General Manager of the Sabancı Foundation; Zeynep Başarankut Kan, UNFPA Turkey Deputy Country Representative; and Billur Barlın, Chair of the TÜSİAD Gender Equality Working Group.
Following the opening remarks, the event continued with a panel moderated by Prof. Dr. Oğuz Babüroğlu, President of the Sabancı University ARAMA Action Research Initiative. The panel included Prof. Dr. Melsa Ararat, President of the %30 Club Turkey and General Manager of ILLAC Ltd.; Sevda Alkan, Program Analyst for UN Women Turkey; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevgi Uçan Çubukçu; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özge İzdeş.
