BADV Gender Equality Trainer Training Program 2023 Company Presentations Event took place!
On Wednesday, December 6, from 9:30 to 12:30, the "Company Presentations" event was held online, where companies that joined the BADV Project in 2023 shared their efforts in combating domestic violence during the project process and the roadmaps they will follow in the future.
At the event, which featured presentations from 15 companies, participants discussed their processes for joining the BADV Project, the stages of developing workplace policy documents related to combating domestic violence, and their corporate support mechanisms. They also highlighted their awareness-raising efforts on gender equality and violence, as well as the steps they plan to take to ensure the sustainability of these initiatives.
The BADV Project, which began with "Guidance Trainings" to support companies in developing their domestic violence policies, and continued with the "Gender Equality Training for Educators" aimed at enhancing corporate capacities in this area, concluded its 2023 cycle with the inspiring presentations from these companies.
