2024 BADV Training Program Continues!

The third module of the “BADV Training” program, titled “Communication Techniques with Employees Experiencing Violence,” took place on October 16 and 17, from 09:30 to 12:30, in two sessions.

Led by Neşe Hacısalihoğlu, the training focused on the key points to consider when communicating with employees who have experienced violence. The sessions were enriched with group work, emphasizing the importance of overcoming communication barriers in relationships with affected individuals, strategies for removing these barriers, various communication techniques, and how those initiating contact should position themselves in the relationship.

The 2024 BADV Training Program will continue with “Module 4: Violence Against Women and Health Approach,” “Module 5: Monitoring and Evaluation,” and “Module 6: Effective Communication and Transfer.”
