The Business Against Domestic Violence Network (BADV Network) was founded in 2022 with contributions of TÜSAD, UNFPA, and the Sabanci Foundation as a new initiative to enhance the sustainability of the Business Against Domestic Violence (BADV) project. The launch of the Network was held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Istanbul with prominent representatives of the public, private sector, civil society, academia, and international organizations. The network's goal is to develop prevention and support mechanisms for domestic violence by leveraging the managerial and organizational capacities of the institutions involved in the network, as well as to promote gender equality in corporate life by enhancing interaction among institutions involved in the BADV project.

Within the scope of the Business Against Domestic Violence (BADV) project, "Business Against Domestic Violence Policy Development and Implementation Guide" was prepared in 2015. Based on this guidance and the trainings provided by the project, the participating businesses shaped their domestic violence policies and procedures between 2016 and 2022. The BADV Network, on the other hand, aims to facilitate communication between corporations involved in the project at different times and the dissemination of good practices as well as to increase the inspiration and information exchange they receive from one another within the framework of the project. Still, becoming a member of the Network necessitates to follow requirements of the BADV Project.
