The 4th module of the BADV Gender Equality Trainer Training Program, designed to provide companies with fundamental knowledge for creating and implementing domestic violence combat policy documents and ensuring the dissemination of this information within the organization, was held on October 12th.
Titled “Approach to Violence Against Women and Health,” the training was delivered by Gökhan Yıldırımkaya, the UNFPA Reproductive Health Program Coordinator. Previous modules of the BADV Gender Equality Trainer Training covered topics such as “Concepts and Roles of Gender Equality,” “Legal Framework,” “Institutions and Organizations to Apply for Combating Violence Against Women,” and “Communication Techniques with Employees Experiencing Violence.”
With the “Module 5: Effective Communication” training scheduled for November, the BADV Gender Equality Trainer Training Program will be completed for this year.
