Coca-Cola İçecek was the Guest at the Second Experience Sharing Event of BADV
The second experience sharing event organized within the scope of BADV 2023 Gender Equality Trainer Training Program took place on October 31st with the participation of Banu Kököz, the Director of Employee Relations and Human Rights at Coca-Cola İçecek.
In the first segment of the event, Kököz delved into the process of formulating Coca-Cola İçecek’s domestic violence combat policy, which the company joined BADV in 2019, underlining the significance of interdepartmental collaboration during this phase.
She also discussed how the results of the survey conducted by BADV in 2014 among white-collar women in 19 companies as part of the BADV Project to measure the prevalence of violence could be used to convince top management, and the methods and techniques used to disseminate information regarding combating violence among employees.
Experience sharing events are organized to encourage companies participating in BADV Gender Equality Trainer Training Program to learn from each other in creating and implementing policy documents.
