The 5th Module of the BADV Gender Equality Trainer Training Program Took Place

The 5th module of the BADV Gender Equality Trainer Training Program, titled “Effective Communication,” took place on November 15th and 16th.

Facilitated by Aytül Vatansever from Quadrant Eğitim, the training addressed fundamental elements of effective communication such as the anatomy of an effective presentation, crafting content suitable for its purpose and target audience, accurate message delivery, and techniques to enhance the impact of information.

Participants were divided into groups to systematically apply the preparation process of a presentation using templates and storytelling frameworks shared by Aytül Vatansever. At the end of the presentations, enriched by comments and feedback, roadmaps for establishing effective communication were outlined.

With the conclusion of the 5th module, following training sessions titled “Concepts and Roles of Gender Equality,” “Legal Framework,” “Institutions for Combating Violence Against Women,” “Communication Techniques with Employees Experiencing Violence,” and “Approaches to Violence Against Women and Health,” BADV Gender Equality Trainer Training Program for 2023 was completed.
