The BADV Network Organized the “Governance Structure and Committee Working Principles Determination Workshop”

Members of the BADV Network gathered on May 9th for the “BADV Network Governance Structure and Determination of Committee Working Principles Workshop,” hosted by Turkcell.

In the workshop led by the Network Strategy Committee, members of the Training Committee, Event Committee, Communication Committee, and Strategy Committee engaged in group discussions about the decision-making mechanism of the Network and the working principles of the committees.

In the final session of the workshop, each committee presented their evaluations from the group discussions to all participants. The recommendations from the groups regarding the Network's governance model and roadmap were deliberated among all participants.

Following this workshop, the next step for the Network will be to document the outputs of the workshop, thereby formulating the Network’s governance model and action plan in coordination with all committees.
