The Second Session of the BADV Network Webinar Series with Experts Took Place

The second session of the BADV Network Webinar Series with Experts, titled “The Contributions of the ILO Convention on the Prevention of Violence and Harassment in the World of Work,” was held on Tuesday, September 12th, from 14:00 to 15:00.

Moderated by BADV Project Manager Esen Özdemir, the webinar featured the participation of Ebru Özberk Anlı, Senior Program Manager at the ILO. During the webinar, the scope and importance of the ILO Convention No. 190 on the Elimination of Violence and Harassment in the World of Work, adopted at the International Labour Conference in 2019, as well as Recommendation No. 206, were discussed. Additionally, the responsibilities of the business world within the framework of the Convention and the actions they can take, illuminated by examples of good practices in combating violence within companies, were explored.
