The Third Module of the 2023 BADV Gender Equality Trainer Training Program Took Place

The third module titled “Communication Techniques with Employees Experiencing Violence” of the Business Against Domestic Violence Project (BADV) Gender Equality Trainer Training Program was conducted with the participation of 16 companies.

In the training led by Neşe Hacısalihoğlu, the aspects to be considered in communicating with employees experiencing violence were discussed. The importance of eliminating communication barriers in establishing a solidarity and support mechanism centered around the individual experiencing violence was emphasized.

“Concepts and Roles of Gender Equality,” “Legal Framework,” and “Institutions and Organizations to be Applied in Combating Violence Against Women” were covered in the previous modules of the training program aimed to provide basic information to newly engaged companies in the BADV Project about forming and implementing policy documents, and ensuring their dissemination within the organization.
