The BADV Supportive Gender Equality Training Program has been completed with Module 5.

The fifth and final module titled "Effective Communication" of the "BADV Supportive Gender Equality Training for Educators" program took place on March 19-20, with representatives from member companies of the BADV Companies Network participating.

The training, conducted by Aytül Vatansever from Quadrant Education, focused on the anatomy of an effective presentation, how to create presentation content suitable for the target audience, key points for accurately conveying the intended message, and techniques to enhance the memorability of the information presented. Participants were divided into groups and, under Vatansever's facilitation, utilized presentation and storytelling templates prepared by Quadrant Education to create their presentations, which they shared at the end of the training. In this session, we collectively experienced that a compelling content, understanding the audience, utilizing time efficiently, and complementary teamwork are essential components of delivering a good presentation.

Beginning in December 2023, we have now concluded the "BADV Supportive Gender Equality Training for Educators" program, which included representatives from 19 companies and covered modules such as “Concepts and Roles of Gender Equality,” “Legal Framework,” “Institutions to Approach in Combating Violence Against Women,” “Communication Techniques with Employees Experiencing Violence,” and “Approaches to Violence Against Women and Health,” culminating in the “Effective Communication” module.
